The Meaningless Days Go By

THE MEANINGLESS DAYS GO BY

The meaningless days go by
No cheer in them-
Life is not what it was supposed to be-
Still affection remains -
Embracing for a few minutes
Restores the world-
Two struggling souls
Hold on to each other tightly-
Life will have hope again.
