The Menu Option
In a restaurant
we ask for menu
to select the food item
delicious for us
as per our budget
we strive
to enjoy every moment
charming ambience
overwhelming feelings
joys of satisfaction.
Our mind is like
a five-star restaurant
offering multicuisine thoughts
menu option available to all
be it
love and hatred
greed and humility
kindness and anger
hope and despair
joys and sorrows
blended together:
we have to select
at any point of time
choice depends on us
within our given freedom
as life is an assembly
of feelings only.
