The Missing Poet Poem by Naseeru Taneemu Annuree

The Missing Poet

Poet!

Poet! !

Where should I meet a Poet?
I heard they had the pills for soothing souls
I want see one, I want meet a poet,
I want him to feed my soul for joys..
I asked mother where should I see a poet?
Mother replied 'Don't worry son, he will come.'
Mother's words makes me happy
And I wrote it down on a piece of sheet and left...
Seated on an armchair listening to news
I asked him 'Father, where should I see a poet? '
Father replied'Don't worry son, he will come.'
Father's words makes me happy
And I wrote it down on a piece of sheet and left...
'Questions time.' The teacher said.
And I asked'Sir, where should I see a poet? '
Teacher replied'Don't worry son, he will come.'
Teacher's words touched my heart
And I wrote it down on a piece of sheet and left...
On my way home I readed the sheet
Slowly and loud like the sound of whirlwind
The tones is more of a music to hear...
The mood is more of a happy soul...
I readed and readed repeating the lines...
'Are you a poet? ' A lady asked me..
'Yes! He is' An elder comfirmed....
