The Monster Poem by Shouvik Roy

The Monster

There stands a monster
At the end of the road
With blood shot eyes,
May be he is waiting to eat me up.
But that's not enough,
For I am made of steel and ages he would take
To break me up,
I am a hero that he has never seen,
A hero born rough and tough.
My mind mind is blank, my fear is gone,
Come on monster, bring it on
