The Moon And I - Poem by Eloida Capuno

tonight i saw the moon
i thought i saw it smile
i lifted my teacup
it nodded in acceptance

the moon and me
we shared the tea
one sip each till
the cup ran empty

but soon dark clouds
shrouded its beauty
my moon is gone
so suddenly

    HALA, this is very beautiful
    moon is my favorite
and i love the way you weave the words
and show your connection to it.
    ang ganda naman
    ang husay mo naman
