The Moon Dance Poem by Lilith Van'Nightinveil

The Moon Dance

In the silence of midnight's embrace,
A yearning soul gazes into space,
Where the moon's ethereal glow
Whispers secrets, hidden below.

A heart entwined with lunar beams,
Longs to transcend its earthly dreams,
Bound by a box, safe but confined,
Yet the soul seeks what's undefined.

The moon, a celestial muse above,
Beckons with an enigmatic love,
To step beyond comfort's domain,
Embrace the unknown, release the chain.

A flower yearns to bloom and grow,
In the moon's radiance, it'll show
Its petals open, fragile and bright,
Bathing in the lunar light.

Awaiting a touch, a lover's grace,
Yearning for an affectionate embrace,
To shower love like lunar rain,
Upon this flower's heart, in twain.

Thus, the epic tale unfurls its tune,
A serenade underneath the eerie moon,
Whispering verses of love untold,
In a world where hearts withhold.

A wolf's howl, a poignant cry,
Echoes with the moon on high,
A melody born from depths within,
A song of longing, soulful kin.

So let this verse, this lunar rhyme,
Enchant souls through space and time,
Binding hearts in the moon's embrace,
Unveiling truths in its silver grace.
