The Moon Sighs Poem by Reynaldo Casison

The Moon Sighs

Rating: 5.0

As the moon sighs,
The stars are adrift,
Steady,
in the evenings warm
sparkle

As the moon sighs,
Her love is Caressed,
In the candles glow,
By the Solitude of palm islands,
By the stars infinite shores

As the moon sighs,
The gypsies and the dancers,
Are fever and calm,
Under her satin caress

As the moon sighs,
With her thousand honey dresses,
The seashells are bathed,
On the champagne sleeves
Of the waves
