The Lavender Irises Poem by Reynaldo Casison

The Lavender Irises

Rating: 5.0

Between the morning sun,
And evening moons,
The lavender irises grow,
With love and light,
Side by side

She counts their moonkissed Petals, One by one,
Dreaming of warmth,
and love to be

The lavender irises grow,
With love and light,
Side by side

She caresses their petals,
One by one,
Dreaming of warmth,
And love to be

Between the evening moons,
And morning sun,
The lavender irises grow,
They found a way,
They found a way,
They found a way,
To love one another,
Side by side
