The Most Adventurer Poem by Volur Pakapikk

The Most Adventurer

An adventurer by heart, ventured I
In this empty universe alone.
Many treasures I've found, aye,
All of it, lost in a powerful cyclone.
A cyclone of greed, that is.

My heart, which once showed me the way,
Now lost in the endless sea of stars.
My guiding light to be seen, nevermore.
Oh, how will I ever find my way?

Help I looked from my brothers, wolves,
Recognize me, the pack did not.
For once a humble friend,
Now before them, a hideous fiend

In this endless forest of my mind,
Slowly drifting away, my last piece of sanity.
To see a spark of light is my final hope.
Without it, in the forest I'll be lost.
