The Need Poem by Honey Bateman

The Need

Rating: 5.0

I need to be free
But my heart dies in freedom

I need to love
But I'm forced to lonelyness

I need to laugh
But my heart ist fullfilled with sadness

I need to fly
But someone has broken my wings

I need to die
But I'm damned to live

Now I'm lying here in my bed
Silent tears running down my face
Feeling myself dying of need

And I pray that all will be over soon
And I pray to fall asleep and never wake again
