The New Year Poem by Aldo Kraas

I made my resolution for the New Year
I should loose some weight
I keep putting it of for so long
Later on in life I will have to do it no matter what
Why I put it of I don't know
I think is because of this weather, this might be my excuse
This weather puts me down a lot
I make excuses all the time
There are some clothes that I wanted to wear only on
Special occasion
Do you think they fit me?
No they don't fit me because I am fat like a cow
