There is a certain beauty
in the darkness of the night.

The way the moon
highlights and defines everything.

It makes you stop and ponder things;
Things that you normally wouldn't

There are also many surprises in the night;
Some good, some bad; you have to decide.

The night has a calming effect on those who
take the time to explore and study it.

Others are afraid of the unknown;
of what could hurt them or change their lives.

I hope that I will never become one
who is afraid of such beauty.
