The Night Was Memorable Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

The Night Was Memorable

The Night Was Memorable,

Her arms around me
was memorable,

the red stains
on the white fabric,

that carry the heavy
sounds of breathings,
was memorable,

As if I was
the only man in her life,

How rarely,
does a man own the sky
and claim the night,

his whole life's dreams
and architecture,
came true,

We were rapt,
and ready celebrants,

The story of the night,
blood and stains,

Lips and moisture,
Lovers and semens,

Everything about you,
was memorable,
