The Wedding Call
the summer sun,
realignes a call with the coming of age,
a lesson from the birds and the bees, the flower and the trees.
Astrue as Adam and Eve's knownledge of the red apple and the evil temptations.
a transition of awareness,
from a mothers wombare predicted to be the sons and the daughters.
A young man catching a young girl's eyes anda hand in marriage.
and in any walks of life,
the quicken pulse and haste
when allbecomes fair in love and the battle for the hearts
and the roses bloom in the summer gardens,
Or rots in the wiltsof disappointments.
all would be heroes rescuing his beloved princess.
all trumpets in the air calls for the chase,
praised this epoch in life's love chords,
The seasons for the wedding feasts.
And life journeys into the future.
