The Nightingale Cried Out Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Nightingale Cried Out

The Nightingale cried out
Not its usual cry
It was
But austere grueling of a Gothic
Night
And the dull corridors and
Passages secret
Where walks the Poet-Seer
And walks
And walks
Without a Limit
