Thinking...
is something I cannot help but do every single day.
My mind is like a machine that never powers down.
Always working.
Always turning.
Always searching for answers that may never come.
It works until it aches, yet somehow, it still refuses to rest.
I overthink
the tiniest things.
I weigh the good
against the bad.
I chase possibilities, and then
the what-ifs arrive...
Quietly.
One after another.
They linger long after midnight, asking questions that have no answers.
What could have been.
What might have been.
What will never be.
Sometimes, those questions keep sleep
standing outside my door.
Tell me... how do I silence the noise?
The endless overthinking.
How do I learn
the language of silence?
How do I loosen my grip
on things I cannot change?
How do I let life simply be... and allow myself
to live fully in the present?
