The One True King Speaks Poem by Ruerd Visser

The One True King Speaks

</></>Beloveds, I gaze upon you and I see kings and queens who have forgotten their royal ancestry. Let it be clear from now on you where all ment to rule in my realm.
Furthermore I am your counselor and friend rather then to make you bow before me, for I have come to lift you all up. So rise as the kings and queens you know you are in your heart.
For it is in your heart the remembrance of your own kingdom is kept safe aswell that it was meant to be part of my realm.
Let no one dispute that, and to those of you who mystake themselves as the one and only willing to rule all others, I say you could not be further from the truth.
Let it be clear from no on, we are all together in this, you as my royal children whom take their rightfull place, and me as the one who binds you all to the royal court.
