The one who seeks nearness to God
acquires a deep sense of that
profound and positive and
elemental reality of love.
The understanding of love
is an incarnational one.
The conflict is between
The real and the illusionary self.
To be in the image of God
means to share in God's
nature as merciful love.
The more one is true to
the image of God,
the more one could discover
his own true self that is in God.

People who desire to be nearest to God are required to obtain positive and elemental reality of love. They have to understand the love and have to share in God's nature as merciful love.
