The Orb Poem by Rajarshi Batabyal

The Orb

Its all a dream, or is it reality,
Who would dare answer that?
I have found none so unfathomable,
Who can tell me to go to sleep.
The time weeps along with my dreams,
And my dreams try to walk along,
With a reality that's not mine.

Are you,
A dream, or a flake of cloud?
Floating in a realm defined,
Only by Infinity and no one else?
I would not care to know anymore.

When the darkness devoured the light,
I realized,
We are too insignificant,
To be caught up in this turmoil of uncertainty,
When we can float endlessly,
Inside the Orb of Nothingness.
