As time slowly passes by,
The pain does too
Until I awake to reality
And realize that were through

I can't stand it anymore
Yet I'm the one to blame
I see you every now and then
But it's just not the same

Do you want me to say I'm sorry?
Just tell me what it is
I'll do whatever it takes
Please, I can't go on like this

Questions bound up inside me
My head begins to spin
I don't think I can go on
Because your love I didn't win

I try to wear a smile
Even though I'm about to cry
I can't stand the pain
Because you didn't even try
