The Park Poem by Lydia Stephenson

The Park

Children screaming playfully
Swinging higher and higher and higher
Racing down the slides
Rocking back and forth
Parents relaxing in the sun
Picnics right beside them
Dogs chasing sticks
And teenagers on their phones
Romantic couples chatting and laughing
Men proposing
Women crying
Just a lovey day in the park
