Is it really best to forget?
Those mistakes.
The screw-ups.
What about the memories?
Remembering those flirty msn convos,
With the cute boy in your drama class.
Who went from being;
That cute boy,
To the friend,
To the best friend,
To the boyfriend.

The past can't affect the future, right?
Wrong.

Remembering the past,
How times have changed,
How times haven't.
My past with him,
Made me forget the present,
And look forward to the future,
The days to come.
