The Past Poem by Taylor West

The Past

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes every other day
I sit and wonder about the way
The way you used to say my name
Then and there I realize what happened
and things will never be the same

Remember the things we used to say
The sweet romantic parts of the day
The day when everything was good
Smile and laugh is all we did
You always knew how to put me in a good mood.

Thinking back to those days
I sit and wonder why we went seperate ways
Why can't I have you now and forever
It hurts me to much to think
That I will never have you, not ever
