Some part of me heard a sound,
some part absently walked the ground.
A shadow of dark sky fell on me,
lightning the depths of my tempest sea.
The cool wind dried my burning heart,
dragging all the way an empty cart.
The fruits they bore werent my to keep,
redemption i sought redempted i weep.
The path i followed never did exist,
my shallow heartbeat never did resist.
Reached i to the fabled land of oz,
caring thoes whom no one knows.
The graveled soil still by my side,
taking me where i erred as a selfless guide.
I stood transfixed a statue they said,
my heart sighed colouring what had fade.
