The Patriot's Sonnet Iv Poem by Raymond Cabrera

The Patriot's Sonnet Iv

The land in thirst for longing the absolute truths
Dying citizens within the warring rage and foul deeds,
Chaining shackles on their dreaming heart who pursuits
For the ever lost hope, for faith unto godly creeds
Serve now love to all and show your nation’s loyalty,
For freedom is like an eagle soaring through islands
Spreading charity, wisdom and ardor to one’s country,
Bestowing hope to all poor, beggar and misfortunes strand
Ever giving unity to share, or ever shall be wasted?
Would only hate sprung instead of the only love?
Are you blind, or deaf that you can’t help the captive dove?
Wait not for time that blood spills for the native land so dead,
Arrest now all those men who stole hope and justice
And then rest all those souls who die for only peace!
