The Peeping Moon Poem by Efren Petalver Carranza

The Peeping Moon

Rating: 5.0

The moon peeks and hides
Behind the fingers of clouds
To my earthly room

In this frantic world
The shadow its light made me
He's my companion

To talk to himself
Only if life favors us
Each time we ask God

Wealth we never have
The good health that never leaves
Love that never ends
