The Pilgrimage Poem by David McLansky

The Pilgrimage

Rating: 5.0

When I am dead
And safely buried
On Hades shore
By Charon ferried,
My loves will make
A pilgrimage
Along the pathway
To my village,
And weep before
My pagan stone,
And whisper soft,
'I, alone.'
