The 'Poem A Day' Project ~ Day 129
Space is gigantic, truly massive
There must be so much for it to give
Far out among the endless planets
Are views our exploration never gets
So through my telescope I continue to stare
Searching with hope for life out there
Something different, new and exciting
That one day will visit me and bring
My sad lonely existence a reason to be
As I find this planet doesn’t fit me
