The Prayer Partner - Poem by Sirk Ynnoed

In the prayer house
I came in late
Listening to the pastor's preach
So that our soul will be nourished

Later I seat beside her
To far from each other
We offer sing and praise to the Creator
And then the church pray together

I held her hand
So soft and gentle
The spirit from within
Says pray for her prosperity

In that moment
I remember everything
The reason
The emotion

The feeling
From within
I could not control my tongue
For the blessing to transfer

I pray harder
And harder
Until I could no longer utter
Is this the feeling if you LIKE your prayer partner.
