The Rage I've Given Poem by Kurt Schenker

The Rage I've Given

It Bit me it started to course through me
This rage it boiled It bubbled on my inside
The look he gave me the spit he threw The Venom in his voice it was too much
I refuse to break down to become what he wanted

I Broke out My beast broke out It destroyed his shout
I hate you I'm bursting out I won't back down
I hate you you've broken me I'm falling in this endless rage as it fills me
I'm breaking out of this cage your filling me with rage

Your pain its helping me Its clearing me of this hate
It's still burns passionately as it fills once more
You've got more in store As I thrash again
I'm alone again as it seeps from me

This rage isn't my Friend It crashes into my head
It Hurts I'm back again falling apart
In the world where it fights us
Taunts us It kills us to fight back to feed the rage

But its making me fall I refuse to die it boils me from the inside
I cry as the pain rolls over me again
Trying to entrance me as it fights me again I say No
You won't fill me I'm not falling again as I drift into the icy cool of the calmness of our lords' hands
As he saves me from myself
