The Real You Poem by Philo Yan

The Real You

Now I see you,
The real you,
who is funny and fun,
who shines like the sun,
Warm and cheery,
Who jumps around,
like a little kid,
when he wins the game,
feeling happy,
lauging with glee
And who smiles,
with joy in your heart,
in your words,
in your thoughts,
and in your emoticons.

I am the witness,
to the breaking dawn,
or a beautiful art,
and in my hand,
I paint the colors,
in your picture,
to fill in the blanks,
to lighten the darkness,
to water the blooms,
so that the flowers,
will grow again,
as many as the eyes can see,
as many as the colors of rainbow.
