The Relative I Never Knew Poem by DeAire Taylor

The Relative I Never Knew

Rating: 5.0

We could have been best friends
We could have been enemies
We could have raced across the world
We could have got into a fight every day
Even though I didn't know you
I wonder what would have happened if we were close
But now my thoughts are crushed because you're not here
And the way you died wasn't pretty
You were run over by a car
And stabbed multiple times
All because of your ex stalker
I want to see your face
But you're up there with the rest of the angels
Even though he's in jail paying for his crime
Its still not enough
But I'll see you one day
I know I will
