The Road Poem by Ram Akathya Venkatesan

The Road

Rating: 4.0

Some roads are rough and rocky
some very narrow to get through
but whatever road I travel
it always leads back
Dirt roads and paved
Concrete and patched
To exits and entrances
That was in our path

That shines through every storm
No matter where I travel
Where ever in the world I roam
That I will never lose my way
Because all roads lead back to you
And the place we call our home
I say to you
the roads well-traveled
Are just life's path
so we arrive together wherever we go
