The Road End Poem by Besma Jemaa

The Road End

It's the end of the road chosen
It's the failure of the one not taken
I'am standing there in the middle of nowhere
Enslaved with untied ropes
Promised with untold hopes
Distorted by many regrets
Thinking no one forgets
The unique truth in life
I am the burden of the time
I am a desperate wife..............
