'The Rolling Hand Of Terry Tango' Poem by Rob Knetsch

'The Rolling Hand Of Terry Tango'

I must admit, must confess
Terry Tango was a real man
a real man's man
a great personality
an impressive appearance

His presence addictive
powerful and emphatic
a ladies man (of course)
a winner, a poor loser
a gambler

Oh yes, a gambler
with this gesture
this roll with the hand
at the throw of the dice
and not just any dice
his own dice always
yes always only his dice

That's how i remember
Terry Tango
with his purple dice
with the white dots
in his rolling hand
