We are all human
members of the human family
on this planet, the mother earth;
we owe to her our nativity, our birth

We all love peace and happiness
dislike strife, suffering and pain;
to realize the commonality of the Spirit
nurture the life tree that binds all beings

Feel the Unity of all creation:
the same Spirit breathes through all things-
bird, beast, the tree, the man, the gods;
supports and sustains nature, life and the universe.

The plant of peace grows within.
Be attuned, it will light up even in chaos;
peace is the seed and the tree
peace ends discord and makes us free

Knot we have tied, we alone can open
so do contention and its resolution.
We alone shall bring peace, none else
if bondage is by us, deliverance too by us.
