The Sculpture Poem by Mandy MMR

The Sculpture

Rating: 0.5

The smile upon the artist face,
Trust me, it shows no digrace.
The sculpture is finished now,
All anyone can say is 'Wow! '.
It glistens in a hall of fame.
The sculpture will never be tame.
People stop to wonder how,
While the artist takes the smallest bow.
People see it is a work of art,
They know it is just the beginning, the start.

Sculpture is a 'touching' thing Dimensions that the artist brings Unlike pen and pencil creations That depend on imagination. Sad to say that it requires space And a special resting place So that it can be enjoyed And viewed. 'See it as a work of art' But also, as something from the heart. s
