The Sea Is Still There Poem by Ruth Brown

The Sea Is Still There

The sea is stilll there
And the green hills.
Somewhere a clear sky
Lets through the rays of the sun.

This pall that hangs over the city
Is man-made, man vile
For man is beauty's killer
Man's destroyer.
