I like the way the poem is written but the meaning is not solid. The probability of a seed growing in rocky land may not be zero but it is very minute, compared to that growing in fertile land, so as to offer as a solid case of divine intervention. Exceptions are always there in everything... If rains fail most plants will die, irrespective of its soil type, rocky or fertile doesn't matter. It is just science. Nice attempt though. Thank you.
