The Silent Soul Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

The Silent Soul

Rating: 5.0

A shut eye
Sees further and deeper
Than the darting one

A closed mouth
Speaks louder and firmer
Than the chattering one

A sealed ear
Hears more and clearer
Than the elephant size

Let not the physical elegance
Becloud your judgement.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Depend not much on physical things. There are more in the unseen, unspoken and unheard.
