The Spirit Of Peacefulness Poem by james watkin

The Spirit Of Peacefulness

The spirit of peacefulness
Boundless sourced uplift
How near to knowing, met with
Through love's nursing gift?

I am on those roads again.
Voids, summer-beaten
When I could have no more turned
Needful to hearken

To its rallying, soft breathes
out screened beds willowed.
Even for sea air, splutters
By what's golden pillowed.
