The Story Of Us - Poem by Jorge Rolon

We met in hell
A place like a prison cell
In such a horrible place
I first saw your beautiful face
You had rythm like a guitar
You were the best by far
You took my hand so we flew away
And our love grew in the clouds each day
I showed you the world from above
We were just two kids in love

This goes out to you you you
and the summer we spent as two
This song goes out to the sleepless nights
And all the horrible fights
This song goes out to us

The world would spin for you and I
But soon it all turned to a lie
The trust was crumbled like some paper
And slowly disapeared like water vapor
Perfect became a mess
Our love was crying in distress
Then came the cool breeze
That filled us with ease
Like the sunset on the shore
Our love became perfect like before

This goes out to you you you
and the summer we spent as two
This song goes out to the sleepless nights
And all the horrible fights
This song goes out to us

If there ever comes a day when we can't be together
keep me in your heart I'll stay there forever
