The Taste Of Departure Poem by Umakanta Rout

The Taste Of Departure

Rating: 5.0

The moon of the late night
beyond the distant horizon
trying to escape.

Tranquility of mind creating
an unfavorable situation of pain
everywhere anywhere.

In the town of nerves
the defeated soldiers of blood
were about to celebrate.

Ya Ya, Myself
lost in the endless ocean of tears
was establishing the Tower of Prosperity.

Visualizing a dancing face
in every drop of tears.

Alas! Quite forgotten!

One cann`t
Feel the spectrum of light
without the shadow of darkness.
Unfold the volume of happiness
without the burden of agony.

How can I feel The Charm of Meeting
without The Taste of Departure...?
