The train is at the station
But the late-comer still at the counter
Trying to cover up
Going through all that hastily, in a great huff,
Taking the ticket, hearing the sound,
Going up the stairs and down
To board the train yet to move,
Getting sympathies
Of passengers got down from,
Fearing to fall upon passengers climbing
And with the flight of steps coming down
The stairs in speed as he often does so
Sometimes gets into, sometimes misses
Unable to board and catch the train,
If in time, may not and if not, he may
As there lies the possibility of boarding,
Sometimes after seeing him running,
The guard flags late so that he may get into
The train just started.
The train is at the station
But the late-comer still at the counter
Trying to cover up
Going through all that hastily, in a great huff,
Taking the ticket, hearing the sound,
Going up the stairs and down
To board the train yet to move,
Getting sympathies
Of passengers got down from,
Fearing to fall upon passengers climbing
And with the flight of steps coming down
The stairs in speed as he often does so
Sometimes gets into, sometimes misses
Unable to board and catch the train,
If in time, may not and if not, he may
As there lies the possibility of boarding,
Sometimes after seeing him running,
The guard flags late so that he may get into
The train just started.
