Yes I know the truth, the after effect of the governance, within even now there still within the circle, even the present government is trying to get rid of them, yet the remnants still there. It is a social cancer - the corruption, that makes the Philippines into poverty. That's the most root cause I can consider. Good introspection an intriguing provoking thought you had versed.
