'I entered the Ventilation Room, a space where pain is shared
Where people gather to mend their broken pieces, their scars still unhealed
I thought I knew pain, but here, I saw hell's residents
Their stories echoed through the room, a chorus of resilience
They supported each other, tears welcomed, weakness embraced
Vulnerability became strength, as they pieced their lives back in place
I let my guard down, vented my pain, and let the tears flow free
Like a river, my bottled-up emotions washed over me
In this process, I realized, like dust, I can rise again
To everyone out there, it's okay to feel lost, but don't let them win
Find yourself, rise above the pain, and emerge stronger within'
