The Voice Of A Blackend Heart Poem by Silence Dogood

The Voice Of A Blackend Heart

Rating: 5.0

I am the poem.
The poet, the reader.
The pen, the paper.
The adhesive eyes.

The heart strings I pull.
Like a puppet master.
The minds I control.
Like a hypnotist.

The story I weave.
From long lost threads.
The girl I create.
From a sorrow filled heart.

Everything I am.
Every part of me.
Leaks from the pen.
And stains the paper.

The essence of my being.

The ink stained truths.

The caged immortal soul.

The voice of a blackend heart.

I give credit to 'Purkey Girl' for inspiring this one
