The Voice Of My Lost Friend Poem by Piyas Panda

The Voice Of My Lost Friend

Oh! you have returned
again this year;
I have missed you to my deepest core
and your voice have made me regain my lost soul.

Oh! dear rain, your beads fall again on this earth,
from heaven you bring love
and from tears you bring faith in our heart.

the crops will grow,
the land; with life will bore,
the voice of your soft patter;
brings a joy that had again mattered.

Oh! Dear long lost friend;
can't explain the words l wished to mend
your beautiful journey amongst the skies,
left me and others pacified.

Oh! in the vast tranquil sky;
that lessens out the tapestry of life.
Dear rain, clean out our dirt,
and regain all the time that had been lost all these years.
