The Waiting Game Poem by jess deaves

The Waiting Game

I wil take the risk and wait
I will give it up to fate
You always say what will be will be
I just hope one day you will love me

You asked me to explain how love felt
But putting the feeling into words-
impossible
My love for you
incomprehensible

I said i wouldnt
Knew that i shouldnt
I dont regret it
Not one little bit
It was something i just had to admit

But im scared of getting hurt again
To feel all that pain
Relive those tear stains
Im willing to put that aside
Forget the times ive cried
The lonelieness inside

Im prepared to play the waiting game
Hang around to see if one day you feel the same
To love me like i love you
This is the hope i cling to
To one day hear you say
I feel the same way

I feel the same like you.... Hoping that God will give us change. I just feel regret why we are meeting at the wrong time. Cause I feel love in me never wrong for you.... Can you feel why we always meet, and cry, and hoping to be free only you and me...
