The Water
So beautiful
the water, fragile even.
Rivers, lakes, oceans, waterfalls
magnificent;
aren't they?
Strange,
no amount of relentless determination
no strength
no brains
no beauty
could keep the water, the beautiful water
sitting comfortably in your arms warm embrace.
